This accessory has the traditional food processor knife blade in the bottom of the bowl for chopping and mixing. Also included are 3 cutting disks used at the top of the bowl: 1. Slicing (reversible thick/thin) 2. Shredding and Grating (reversible coarse/fine) 3. Potato Grating.  The processor fits on the high-speed drive, same place as the blender.  Note:  This accessory is for use with the Bosch Universal Plus Kitchen Machine/Mixer.
