A great source of fiber and protein, Millet can be ground into a flour/corn meal texture and used for bread recipes.  When fried, boiled and combined with milk and butter, it makes a porridge similar to oatmeal. Storage Advantage: This product is packaged in a poly bucket which is flushed with Nitrogen. Storing your food in a cool and dry environment along with nitrogen packing insures live organisms can't survive and provides maximum shelf life. Oxygen absorbers are helpful but they can only absorb a set amount of oxygen before the chemical, used to create the reaction, expires. Nitrogen will remain in the bucket until it is emptied.
