Both white and yellow corn are used in cereals, tortillas, corn chips, snack foods and cornmeal. White corn tends to be a bit smaller and sweeter than yellow corn. Oxygen absorbers are helpful but they can only absorb a set amount of oxygen before the chemical, used to create the reaction, expires. Nitrogen will remain in the bucket until it is emptied.
