Yellow corn is  typically iconic of 'corn.'  It is the unique yellow color that is associated with the word.  It's kernels are larger than white corn and it's  texture produces a slightly meatier corn taste than white.  White still outsells yellow corn because of it's sweetness but if you are a traditionalist this might be the corn for you!  Storage Advantage:  This product is packaged in a poly bucket which is flushed with Nitrogen.  Storing your food in a cool and dry environment along with nitrogen packing insures organisms can not survive and provides a maximum shelf life.  Oxygen absorbers are helpful but they can only absorb a set amount of oxygen before the chemical, used to create the reaction, expires.  Nitrogen will remain in the bucket until it is emptied.
