Every product that displays the free shipping icon qualifies for free shipping within the Continental United States (i.e. excludes Alaska & Hawaii) when you spend $100 or more.  All products that qualify for free shipping will be sent promptly via ground service.

Shipping Policy:

We know you want your products ASAP. That’s why we stock nearly all the items you see on our site.  Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days.  Every shipment is processed with care and includes quality checks to ensure accuracy.

If you would like your shipment sooner and are willing to pay for expedited service, please call us at 1-800-975-9720 and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Helpful Information: 

·         P.O. Box:  We cannot deliver products to P.O. Boxes.  Please make sure you use a street address.

·         International Shipments:   Due to regulatory and customs complexities, please contact us by telephone to place an order. 

·         Supply & Demand:  Although we stock nearly all the items you see, disasters can create enormous demand for preparedness supplies.  Freeze-dry foods are often in high demand, causing back orders of three weeks or more.. Remember…. Preparedness is Everything.  Don’t be complacent. Order today!

Heavy Shipments:

All shipments that are 400 pounds or more are packaged on a pallet and shipped via freight delivery truck.  This means they are placed in a large truck that’s cargo opening does not have a lift gate or other means of unloading your package.  In these cases, it is your responsibility to unload your shipment from the back of the freight truck.  The freight company may offer you assistance in the form of a lift gate or other unloading services.  Any costs associated with this or other changes to the standard delivery process are your sole responsibility.  The freight company will contact you prior to the delivery to confirm the delivery address and time.

Damaged Goods:

There may be instances when products are damaged in transit.  When this happens you must contact us via e mail at returns@prepareco.com or via telephone at 1-800-975-8720 within 24 hours of receipt so we can investigate and remedy this ASAP.  

Returns:

***All Returns Must Include a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number **** 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return most products within 30 days of your shipment receipt date.  We will refund your purchase, less the cost of shipping, after the goods have been received at our warehouse. We cannot accept returns of bulk foods if the security seal on the bucket lid has been removed.  For any returned products that, in our judgment, are damaged, used or in any condition that is less than what we provided, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.  In such cases, we are happy to return the items in question for the cost of the return shipment plus a handling fee.  Please contact us via e mail at returns@prepareco.com or via telephone at 1-800-975-8720 and we will provide you with instructions, including our warehouse address for all qualified shipments.

All the information displayed in our food calculator is approximate and derived from the product manufacturers and the US Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Nutrient Database.  All food packages are assembled based on the USDA’s recommendation of 2000 calories per person, per day diet.  Please only use the information as a general guideline.

At our discretion, we reserve the right to change brands, packaging or products displayed on our website and purchased by you.  On rare occasions we may change those brands, packaging or products to another which, in our judgment, is of equal or better value.
